Foreign Reserves Management Report (available since 2009)
The Political Constitution of Colombia and Article 14 of Law 31 of 1992 assign Banco de la República (the Central Bank of Colombia) the function of managing Colombia's foreign reserves. This document explains the Bank's management of the country’s foreign reserves. First, the report presents the main concepts associated with the foreign reserves and the framework within which they are managed by Banco de la República. Subsequently, it explains the administration policies and the main aspects of their operation. Finally, it describes the current situation of the reserves. The report is published every two years.
